After his wife's death, a vallenato singer from Majagual, Sucre, decides to quit music and return his allegedly cursed accordion to his master. He is joined by Fermín Morales, a teenage boy who admires him and wishes to follow his footsteps. Together, they start a journey throughout several towns in Northern Colombia to Taroa, in La Guajira desert, where the singer's master supposedly lives.

As a child, Jairo William Gutiérrez traded a few onions for a ticket to the circus and from then on he only wanted to be an actor and playwright. Today Jairo is 50 years old and farms the land, milks his cow and writes theater. His passion for the stage is so great that he set up a theater company, which is made up of his wife, two daughters and a few neighbors.

The life of Pedro Manrique Figueroa, a pioneer of collage in Colombia, is both incomplete and contradictory. Taking his life and work as a pretext, this mockumentary takes the viewer on a journey through history from the year 1934 up until 1981, when the artist mysteriously disappeared from view.

In Eliana Niño’s poignant and charming feature debut, Shaira, a girl from the eastern plains of Colombia, dreams of participating in a coleo festival (an event similar to a rodeo). But after a recent drought severely damaged the crops, Shaira’s grandfather sells her horse without telling her. One day, he tells Shaira that the reason why some clouds take the shape of animals is that the sky traps them and won’t return them until it rains again. Shaira embarks on a journey to go in search of a special seed that will make the heavens rain again to bring her horse back.

It is the final night for a 15-year-old girl before leaving the neighborhood where she grew up in a hilly suburb of Medellin. At midnight, she looks for the opportunity to meet again in secret with her 18-year-old boyfriend, Damián. He has just been transferred from prison to an undisclosed location to serve house arrest. A violent score-settling abruptly ends the clandestine meeting of these two impossible lovers.
