When Karna the son of a successful business man in Bangalore goes to Karkala to see his mother,he befriends Sumathi a college lecturer there .Karna notices that Sumathi resembles his mother in nature and gradually falls in love with her .Both of them fall in love with each other. then both face many challenges .
