An unknown person has started a mysterious "ceremony." It is something that already exists before meaning is even born. Once begun, it cannot be stopped. Is it a blessing, or a ritual of farewell? And where does the answer lie? The film portrays the story of one such "ceremony" that exists somewhere in the world.

Tsubasa is quiet and serious, while Gyotaro is a cheerful genius. As kids, they were close friends, but jealousy and misunderstandings drove them apart. Years later, their lives have gone in different directions—but when memories from the past come back, both must face what happened between them.

A group of friends gather at a lakeside for a party. Mao stands alone, observing as Kenta flies a drone over the lake. He suddenly drowns but returns, exhausted. The others party in the cottage, unconcerned. At night, Kenta and others start obsessively drinking water, losing their will.

Asagi's classmates don’t seem concerned when her friend Satake suddenly dies in a strange way: they just continue their conversations about food and karaoke. While Asagi struggles with her loss, everything around her becomes increasingly absurd. A promising, idiosyncratic psychological horror debut with a generous dollop of dark humour and an eerie atmosphere.
